At Holy Rosary Nursery School we follow the Northern Ireland Curricular Guidance for pre-school education.  This is comprised of six areas of learning, namely:-

• Personal, Social and Emotional Development
• Language Development
• Early Mathematical Experiences
• Physical Development and Movement
• The Arts
• The World Around Us

These areas of learning are delivered through play in a holistic manner in both the indoor and outdoor environments. Skilled staff follow each child's lead and support them to reach their full potential at their own rate, through challenging play activities scaffolded by effective questioning.
