The weather was so beautiful this week and the children wanted to make lemonade…🍋 The children developed their pre-writing skills by squeezing the lemons, using the ladles & jugs to fill the bottles & screw the lids on. It was a total sensory experience as the children described how the lemons & lemonade looked, felt, smelt & tasted and how it sounded when poured into and out of the bottles.
